Planners Prepare for Construction Ceremony

Inc., in front of a banner hung today on the Foster Street side of the CitySquare project. The banner depicting the planned Mercantile Street, which will link Foster and Front streets, was put up in preparation for a ceremony to mark Phase 1 of the project. The event is planned for 10 a.m. Monday in front of the banner.
